Salesman was great, but dealership didn't seem to go the "extra mile", truck must not have been checked by service, headlight was out (had to buy one for 28.00 on the way home) and jack was loose sliding ar "extra mile", truck must not have been checked by service, headlight was out (had to buy one for 28.00 on the way home) and jack was loose sliding around under the seat, also,(possibly spoiled by Kings Automall in previous purchases)they cheaped out on filling the tank, just giving us a little under half a tank, whereas Kings fills it up? My new Denali needed some warranty work. John scheduled the work immediately. When I arrived, my courtesy car was warming up in the parking lot. John greeted me immediately as if he knew me. He got the information from me in minutes and sent me on my way to work in a loaner car, a new Regal. Nice. He called me within an hour to let me know they had diagnosed the problem and that it would be ready later in the day. He called later in the day to confirm that it had been fixed. About 7:00 p.m. I returned after work to pick up my car. John was gone (he told me he leaves around 6:00) but he had told me where to go to get my keys. When I got in my car, it had been washed and cleaned. On a scale of 1-10,I rate them a 10. Great job. More

Bought used truck, got a good price, good financing and great service. Everything I would expect at a class act dealership. No bull, straight forward deal.
