Pleasant car buying experience. I have bought many cars over my lifetime and this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in doing so. Bradford Blevins was most helpful a I have bought many cars over my lifetime and this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in doing so. Bradford Blevins was most helpful and took the time to show us all the different SUVs and Crossover cars. Also looked at some trucks. Stopped there to just look at the Buicks and ended up buying a Buick Encore. There was no pressure from Bradford, just helpful suggestions when we were having trouble making a choice. He also took the time to tie my cell phone to the car and then fixed a problem I was having with the cell phone after we went back inside. Very, very knowledgeable about the cars and cell phones. Bill Monhollen was also very pleasant to deal with when I signed all those papers that late at night. Very patient and explained every thing about what I was signing and why. Jason Rebholz was also very friendly and other staff members (especially the one that told me about that excellent coffee they have there) were also very pleasant.
