Jeff Wyler Florence GMC earned our respect. Well it's that time again, Wife and I looking for a new SUV at Jeff Wyler Florence GMC., Great job once again gang ! Love those folks at Jeff Wyler. Well it's that time again, Wife and I looking for a new SUV at Jeff Wyler Florence GMC., Great job once again gang ! Love those folks at Jeff Wyler. The wife and I fired up the computer, our first stop -- Jeff Wyler Florence GMC. We begin looking up the vehicle we wanted, (TIP: word of advice- if you do this prior to your visit, it makes things go so much faster). We found the vehicle, printed it, grabbed a shower and headed to Jeff Wyler GMC. We both enjoy walking the lot even though we had a printout because we just like to walk and see if there might be something else that appeals more providing the budget allows it. (We had a 2 year old SUV, bought brand new from Jeff Wyler for trade in with 9,200 miles). We met up with a new Salesmen, he introduced himself as Dave Osborne. (Our old friend was gone and one other had just retired). Dave Osborne wasted no time when we handed him the computer print-out. He told us to hang on, help yourself to coffee and donuts or a snack while he finds the SUV, just a moment or two later, Dave brought it up to the front door. It was the exact same SUV model and stock number in my print out Dave came in and said let's do a walk through shall we? Dave covered everything on the new SUV from Transmission to tires to gear ratio. I mean he even covered --what I call the junk stuff: On-Star and XMradio. Dave knew his stuff and was well educated in vehicles. He looked over our 2 year old trade in, asked a few questions and said hey lets go in to my desk. He pulled out his ink pen and went to work on our deal wasting no time, in about 20 minutes Dave crunched the numbers and sent our first proposal to the sales manager. Dave Osborne is a really fantastic person too whom we came to like quickly. He’s smart, professional, and was neatly dressed, (God bless him ...that long sleeve heavy shirt on a steamy hot July day, WOW, better man than me). After looking over our trade in and budget we came to a deal that we all agreed upon. He started the paper work and after a short time Dave Osborne handed us off to the Loan officer, Terry Long (a friend of ours who wrote up two previous deals for us years ago). Terry was excited along with the wife and I, it had been a while and we had things to catch up on, Terry’s a great person in deed. We got through the mile of paper work, shook hands and went outside to wait for the SUV, it was being detailed. Dave in that long sleeve shirt and steamy hot day, jumped right in and assisted to step up the time and the get the detailing done. One thing that shocked the wife and I after all the years we have been dealing with Jeff Wyler Florence GMC , as Dave handed us the key to our New SUV, he also introduced us to Jason Rebholz , General Sales Mgr., Jason shook our hands, he talked with us thanking us for our long term business. (Never in all my years of buying vehicles anywhere, never before --has a General Manager thanked me for my business or even smiled or shook my hand). The wife and I were totally shocked in disbelief. This really impressed us, but when a General Manager goes a step further…he was in no hurry to just walk away, he talked with us in general and about our purchase and trade in. (He talked to us) not down to us. That’s really impressed us so much in fact the wife and I decided moving forward; we will stay with Jeff Wyler Florence GMC from now on. I’m done doing business with any other dealers. Never have we gotten respect like that anywhere. Jeff Wyler himself is such an interesting and wonderful person, he’s a great man but the folks at Florence GMC really gained a lifelong customer and they have well-earned our respect just like Jeff would expect them to do. Thank you Jeff Wyler, and thank you Florence GMC family, you guys Rock ! I want to recognize and highly recommend: Dave Osborne Salesmen, Terry Long Finance Officer, and Jason Rebholz Sales Manager. I also want to extend a special thanks to the Florence GMC site GM: Noah Brauer. for sending me a private and personal message right from his desk. Inconsistant messages During the purchase of my GMC Acadia Denali I was informed loaner vehicles are offered by their service department. However, when ever trying to sche During the purchase of my GMC Acadia Denali I was informed loaner vehicles are offered by their service department. However, when ever trying to schedule service for my vehicle which extends beyond the oil change I am always told an excuse as to why I can not get a vehicle. Today for example I was first told 1.) there are not any available at this time. After stating I was comfortable waiting to schedule my appointment a few weeks out I was informed 2.) she couldn't authorize scheduling a vehicle. After requesting someone who could I was informed 3.) there were no vehicles in the near term available for reservation. Please keep in mind I am not trying to just schedule an oil change. I asked for a 90K mile service package, tire rotation, spark plug replacement, inspection of all belts, oil change, and my air conditioner is not working so asked to have that reviewed and fixed. After getting no where I escalated again to a general manager and got voice mail. Finally, let me end on one more note. My wife refuses to speak to the Jeff Wyler GMC Florence service department because she does not feel respected and fairly treated. However, I suppose that should be a different review. More
