Disappointed I don't have bad things to say about Sales, other than they don't return phone calls, or follow up with a problem, until you beat their brow. But the Service Dept, is non existence except for oil changes/tore rotation/warranty work. I've bought or have had my hand in 8 vehicles purchased there, but there won't be a 9th. Borcherding will get my business or Arbogast in Troy,Oh. The truck I purchased has been a headache since the day a bedliner was sprayed in it.Overspray all over the truck, and 1 yr. And 3 months, still have overspray in spots. Every time they had my truck I would get it back with new skuffs/scratches, and grease, where grease was suppose to be. I'm forced to go another avenue to get satisfaction now. Called the general manager at the location, 4 times,(won't return my calls). Called Jeff Wyler twice,(no response), as if this is going away. They dont want to work out a solution, more like ignore it and he'll give up. Wrong... More

They treat you like your stupid and can't do some simple math. Beware, they will use all the tricks of the trade to get you. First time going there and won't ever go back. More

My salesperson was Kevin Meier and I highly recommend him. I made an appointment with him over the phone, I gave him an idea of what I was looking for, and gave him my wish list for what I was hoping for in a vehicle and also what would be a deal breaker for me. He had just what I wanted ready to go when I arrived with everything on my list. The customer service I received from both Kevin and the dealership exceeded my expectations. I love my new vehicle! I have had so many problems with them and would never buy a car from them again. First problem, I scheduled an appointment to see the car I wanted and they had sold it to another dealership so they had to get it back so I could purchase the car. Next, the dealership had my driver’s license and claimed they would send it to me in the mail. I have yet to receive it and that was 3 months ago. While driving the car home, the car was shaky and I took it in to a Jeff Wyler dealership and they said everything was fine. When I got home, I noticed that they forgot to put a lugnut on so I was unable to drive it until I received one in the mail. During this time, the cars temporary plates had expired so I was unable to legally drive the car. I received the plates more than a week late. The dealership offered money off for a second key because the car only came with its factory key. I waited over a month for this check from when they claimed it was sent. When I first bought the car, the brakes were noisy but they said it was because the car had sat on the lot for 3 months and it was rust on the rotors. Bringing me to now, where I have been compelled to share because I have driven the car for a little over a month now, out of the 3 months I have had it, due to all of these events, and the brakes need to be replaced. I brought it in because the sound never got better. The dealership said the calipers were rusted and were pushing the brakes against the rotors continuously. The dealership says they can’t do anything about it when it definitely happened due to 3 months of sitting there or the time spent not driving because of them. The manager, Scott Huber, claimed, “we’re all about selling cars and parts and making money”, so he could not help me. Bonus, don’t expect any managers to pick up a phone call because it will always go to their voicemail and they will never return the call. If they are feeling extra nice at the dealership, you will call 10 times and be directed to voicemails, then you tell this to receptionist for the hundredth time so they put you on hold for an hour, then tell you all the managers are with a customer and take your message ant then you will never hear back. More
