Over The Top I have had few times in my car buying experience where I truly felt the salesman and his managers acted in good faith and with the upmost integrity. I have had few times in my car buying experience where I truly felt the salesman and his managers acted in good faith and with the upmost integrity. Jason Johnson was very pleasant on the phone when I made the cold call via my internet search to inquire about a new Acura MDX. He was not "pushy" but quite the opposite listening to my desires and working with me the best he could via a phone conversation. My wife and I travelled almost two hours taking a chance he would be able to make a deal as he stated on the phone. He never over promised and certainly did not under deliver. He was very transparent with all numbers and never tried the typical trick of hiding behind the sales manger routine. We stayed a long time on a Thursday evening with Jason and his managers staying well past an hour after the dealership closed to make the exceptional deal happen. Chad Combs was also helpful with the paperwork and follow up conversations. In fact, both Chad and Jason went above and beyond when I told them I left my wedding ring in the car I traded in. Jason dug into a Shop-Vac and was able to fin it while Chad sent it to me via secure mail. Very few dealerships have these types of dedicated and customer driven employees. More
