Joe was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. Upon test drive it was discovered that the vehicle needed some work (alignment was off and drivers seat leather was cracking) - Joe processed the vehicle for the repair and said he would call when the vehicle was ready for another test drive. Unfortunately prior to my next drive, another interested customer wanted to purchase the vehicle prior to my second test drive (after the repair). After a distressing call from Joe, the other party did not purchase the vehicle and I purchased it the next day. I felt pressured and frustrated and was sure to let Joe know how his call affected me (I felt like he was playing me). I am enjoying the vehicle, although the front seat was not repaired. Also since purchasing the vehicle, another potential issue was discovered as a water stain (looks like rain issue) in 3rd row by window was noticed. Joe followed up to check on my satisfaction today and I relayed the concern about the stain. Joe is a good guy and I wish him the best in his career. More

My dream car was on the lot and had my heart on it's passenger seat. Not only did these guys make my dream come true, they worked hard to ensure every detail was perfect. Jason was 100% focused on my situation, and Dennis pulled out all the stops to find me the best rate. They took the time to go over all the fancy features of my new car (Bluetooth! Air conditioning!) and were genuinely happy for me. Even better - they were able to find a lower interest rate the next day and lower my payment! I'm extremely grateful for everything they did to get me in my new car and on my way home! More

So, when it finally came time to replace my best-car-ever (2007 RL) after a great 9.5 years, I knew what I wanted. Steve happened to have one (much like a pink unicorn, there are not many available) with the option package I wanted. There were a few questions in my mind, and Steve Swantko listened carefully, and fully satisfied them with no hassle. Really stood behind their word.
