Bad experience all around My husband and I have had nothing but problems from the purchase we made at Superior Acura. We first purchased a used vehicle, that after several wee My husband and I have had nothing but problems from the purchase we made at Superior Acura. We first purchased a used vehicle, that after several weeks began having some mechanical issues. We returned to Superior Acura to get it looked at and while the mechanic was test driving it, he was hit by another vehicle and our car was totaled. Obviously not the fault of the mechanic and we are thankful that he was not badly hurt. However, it was the way we were managed after this incident that was a real shame. For one thing, our personal belongings that had been in the car that was wrecked ended up "missing". The dealership did nothing to attempt to replace our lost items and basically told us it was our word against theirs that we had any items in the vehicle. It was difficult to get a manager out of the office to speak to us, after our car had been totaled in their care. We should have known then to go elsewhere with our business. However they made us a "deal" to "thank us" for not making a big fuss about the accident or suing them for loss of time from work and lost property. We were given a car supposedly of higher value than the one totaled. Within weeks it was literally falling apart after being glued together to get it off the lot. We have been burdened with this car for 2 years now and have put far more into repairs and keeping this car in one piece than the car was ever worth. On top of that, they did not manage the documentation on their end for the car that was totaled with the mechanic driving and we ended up having our credit damaged because they did not manage the pay off of the loan in a timely manner. We were contacted a year and a half after the fact by an attorney reporting that they had never transferred the car out of my husbands name and it was still sitting somewhere on a back lot, all of this was supposed to be handled by the dealership. Please be cautious when working with this dealership. They have no consideration for their customer. More

Yes, Buying a Car Can be a Pleasant Experience! I have been researching the new 2018 TLX Acura for a few weeks. Steve Swantko, the salesman from whom I bought my 2013 Acura emailed me that they had I have been researching the new 2018 TLX Acura for a few weeks. Steve Swantko, the salesman from whom I bought my 2013 Acura emailed me that they had just received the new 2018s. As I was driving through the sales lot to just see what they looked like, there was Steve. Within a 1/2 hour, he had set up a new TLX for me to test drive it. The smooth and quiet ride, the style and color, the new front grill design were just what I was hoping for. However, I wondered about the advantages of buying a TLX with the tech package. At this first meeting, he gave me a very fair appraisal for my 2013,. He emailed me the next day that a car with the color and tech package would be available for a test ride in a few days. The day arrived--we had a brief test--then went back to the dealership. I felt I hadn't had a thorough test of the car, so Steve suggested I could take it for the afternoon or longer if I wanted. Throughout this whole process he was well versed on all aspects of this new model, responsive to my many questions, and very patient with my request for extra time to consider my options. He has a quiet confidence, a well-timed sense of humor, and has an obvious desire to make his client totally satisfied and secure with the new car purchase. Once purchased, he has been an excellent teacher explaining how to use navigation system, audio options, Bluetooth operations, etc. Once I decided to buy, I was sent to Brandon Agee, the Business Manager who handles the final paper work--titles, transfer of plates, options for additional service contracts, contractual documents, etc. He also is a courteous, capable, time-efficient, Acura representative, and thoroughly explains each page requiring a signature. This is the 3rd Acura I have purchase from Superior Acura. The dealership has a group of professional, responsive, courteous employees in each department. When my car needs service, appointment times are usually granted, and the waiting room is comfortable, replete with computer access, TV, coffee and snacks. I continue to buy Acura cars because of the professional business culture at Superior Acura. More
