It seems that the accident occurrence was prior to my working at this dealership. I have been here since January 2015. I am unaware of the current issues you are having with your vehicle. However, I would love to try and help out in any way possible. Your titling problems were a part of poor processes that were once in place. We have taken steps to improve our processes in the past couple years. Not always are we perfect but we strive for it. Just curious, did something just occur recently? I want to make it right.
