I visited about six different dealerships in my search for a SUV. I finally honed in on the Acura MDX and visited Superior Acura. I worked with Steve Swantko via email prior to my visit. He focused on my needs and provided all the information that I needed to make my decision. There were no hassles, no games, and I was very happy with the experience. I had walked out of two other dealerships, one was a "bait and switch" and the other had me sign and initial a bunch of papers before I could get a price - it was insulting. Steve treated me as a serious buyer. Even though we arrived late in the day, there was no rush or pressure. I also worked with Lloyd prior to meeting with Steve, and he also did an excellent job during the test drive. I am very happy with my brand new Acura MDX Advance Edition and plan to purchase future Acuras from Steve at Superior Acura, even though they are an hour drive for me. More

Steve was cordial and kept in contact with me during my search even though he knew that I was looking elsewhere. In the end I came back to Superior Acura partially because of the salesman, Steve Swantko. He was very knowledgeable and talked to me in language that I could understand. He never hurried through any of our meetings and was polite and always helpful and offered to meet me at my convenience, even if it was his day off. He met all of my expectations and gave me the car that I wanted with the packages that I requested. A special plus for Steve is that he never questioned my competence or authority to buy a car without the presence of my husband! I mention this because at one time, it did happen to me at another facility. Thank you Steve! More
