When I called Ken, I explained t I recently purchased a 2017 Acura Premium from Superior Acura, and Kook Ken was the sales person who sole me my car.. When I called Ken, I explained to him that I had visited several dealerships, who subjected me to either the switch or bait routine that car dealerships tend to use to get perspective customers to their car lot by advertising an amazing car for a price that is too good to be true, and once there the sales person would tell them "hey sorry we just sold the car but hey we can put you in this car at a great price,." or they will refuse to negotiate a fair price for the car. , Ken shared with me that "he understood, and he promised to put me in the car that I wanted for the price that I wanted. It was a used vehicle of another make and I needed to trade my car ,which I had purchased from Superior Acura a few years ago. The first option did not work out for the used vehicle but with the excellent help of Mr. Richard Withrow, sales, and his supervisor,Mr.Brandon Agee, I was able to drive off the lot in a brand new 2017 Acura!
