Absolute best buying experience Started at the other Acura dealer in the Cincinnati area. Could not get the deal done with the payments we wanted with the trade in over 5 hours spent Started at the other Acura dealer in the Cincinnati area. Could not get the deal done with the payments we wanted with the trade in over 5 hours spent at their dealership. Called Superior Acura the next morning and spoke with the general manager Dennis Smith. He got busy with his team and my sales consultant, Randy Harrison. Randy got the deal done, got my payments $25 less than I wanted, all over the phone. Came in the next day, test drove my RDX, completed all paperwork, and got a personal walk through of the vehicle with Randy. All this in less than 2 hours. Thank you Superior Acura!
