He was interested what my requirements were for a new vehicle were, from performance and reliability, to features wanted, appearance and retention of value, as well as price range. All of these things were covered in what was a general informal conversation. The rapport was such that I could as readily have a beer with him as a friend as well as buy a car from him. The entire purchase process was carried out smoothly and pleasantly; there was never a sense of pressure or urgency from start to finish. More

After visiting 7 different dealerships in a two-state metro area & looking at various comprehensive on-line web sites for vehicle features & prices, including the Costco web site, we determined that Superior Acura in Fairfield was well worth the drive to get the best buy & future service that we could find in the area. While this is probably more effort than most people want to expend, purchasing a car is a really big deal to us, ranking as our most expensive acquisition after our home. We therefore considered it well worth the time & effort to seek out & identify the best in the area. We are extremely pleased with the process & the effort that it took to locate the most reputable & proficient Acura dealership in the metro area. Two thumbs up! More

Buying a 2018 Acura Sport Hybrid RLX I recently went to Superior Acura of Fairfield OH to look at the 2018 Sport Hybrid MDX. And as long as I was there, to also look at a 2018 Sport Hybr I recently went to Superior Acura of Fairfield OH to look at the 2018 Sport Hybrid MDX. And as long as I was there, to also look at a 2018 Sport Hybrid RLX. Negotiating car prices is not my strong suit. Before walking in the door, I pushed an e-price button and got a nice looking discount. My salesman was Kenneth “Kool Ken” Powell. I looked at the cars, went on a test drive, Ken answered my questions about the MDX, and answered some questions I didn’t even know enough to ask. He somehow knew I was a sedan man, so we went over the RLX also. I didn’t have as many questions there as I currently owned a 2014 RLX, the PAWS model. The sales pitch wasn’t high pressure, it wasn’t low pressure. Go home and think it over, Ken says and keep Superior in mind if I have other cars to look at. That’s what I did, went home and thought it over. I called back with a couple of questions. The RLX is a great car, the price was right, and Kool Ken was as informative and friendly as could be. Long story short, I am now driving that RLX. They let me drive it off the show room floor which I thought was a nice touch. Superior Acura is a good store and Kool Ken is a terrific salesman. More

I also had questions on our new lease Acura MDX and Ken was very helpful with that as well. Our next lease or purchase will be with Ken. More

Steve was great in helping me choose a new car. He arranged for me to test drive a sedan (TLX) and an SUV (RDX) which assisted me with making a final decision. Steve also thoroughly explained the various features of my purchase (RDX). Brandon Agee was informative and very pleasant.
