This was our first encounter with Kool Ken Powell. Not only is he extremely personable, but equally as knowledgeable. No pushy sales, just politeness. On my journey I went to no less than six other dealerships. Talk about customer service. Four of the six should have just been self service. So after two weeks I went back to Acura.
