The finance manager and other managers were not happy that we didn't finance the car with Acura. That was reflected in the remarks we overheard in the lobby. I do have "loyalty" to my CU that I have worked at for over 30 years. In the end we paid cash and now I can determine how it will be titled, etc. I had used your service department with another Acura I purchased from a coworker. That was one reason we selected the Dayton area to purchase instead of Columbus. More
