They’ve decided it’s a good idea to ding you for a “convenience fee” to use a credit card to pay for the bill. That’s no problem until they also refuse to take a check. Not a good move for a service company. I intend to unload the two Acuras that we have in favor of a brand who actually cares about service for their high price repairs. More
