Mr. Mehta: None of us here at Hidy Acura are able understand what the problem was. You were provided your title well within the statutory time frame of 30 days. You began berating my employees over this matter in less than 10 days. My employees lost their patience with you and frankly I declined to call you back because I was afraid of you. I am sorry the experience was negative for you, but I cannot say that I think any of my employees did anything wrong.

For your kind information the registration title has still not reached me. Please stop blaming the customer or someone else for your incompetency and unethical behaviour. Also, I communicated with the dealer after 3 weeks and not within 10 days. Please make your stand clear and be truthful. I will make sure all the friends and relatives in my personal or professional contacts not to approach Hidy Acura. This is what you deserve.
