Due to a supposed shortage of staff our car did not get the complimentary car wash after routine maintenance. I think one of the shop advisors could have taken it to a local car wash (five minutes away) a the complimentary car wash after routine maintenance. Friendly service center and staff. Scheduled service online. Brought vehicle in a day early. Contacted by dealer and advised part would be released. Three days later I had to call service deparment t online. Brought vehicle in a day early. Contacted by dealer and advised part would be released. Three days later I had to call service deparment to follow-up since now one contacted me. I was advised that due to chain supply issues my part would be in soon. Two weeks later part arrived. My only suggestion would be to at least wash my vehicle so when I get it back from sitting in the lot for two weeks it would be at least clean. More
Brought my car in for its second service. I had an issue at that particular service and Chad Walther remembered me and took extremely good care of me this time around. Service Center staff helpful and friendly, but I did have to wait quite awhile for service to be completed. Once again Mr Collette ignored his customer and never made eye contact ,smiled or said thank you f to wait quite awhile for service to be completed. I debated whether to buy at Superior Acura or a dealership in Columbus. In the end I went with Superior and no way to know for sure but I believe this was the wrong choice. I have read many comment dealership in Columbus. In the end I went with Superior and no way to know for sure but I believe this was the wrong choice. I have read many comments on line on what other dealerships do for their customers and there was none of that offered at Superior. But my biggest gripe is the miss information that came from my salesperson including additional monies that were to be paid on my trade in only to find out it wasn't given. On a positive note so far very satisfied with my purchase. More
