Real Review: Besides being busy and limited in inventory (which could be considered a good thing) they took care of us. They provided a simple 1 negotiation take it final sale price and they even fix a pin (which could be considered a good thing) they took care of us. They provided a simple 1 negotiation take it final sale price and they even fix a pinhole in a tire and tire light sensor needed reset. Overall, dislike the car buying process, without sharing how much they would be making of course, they were one of the top 3 dealers I've witnessed in transparency and hassle free. I would do business with this location again and I know even with our used car purchase if something happens shortly I wouldn't hesitate to ask them for help. They were kind and wanted our business with very little pressure involved just a little more time than expected taken to purchase. More

I leased my second RDX this week.I realized a few days after getting at home that what I thought was a streak on the inside of the back window was actually a gouge in the glass. I called right away to hav after getting at home that what I thought was a streak on the inside of the back window was actually a gouge in the glass. I called right away to have it fixed and was told that because it was over 72 hours they would not take care of it. This is unfortunate and unacceptable in my opinion. While it is important to me to lease cars that I enjoy driving; I value even more the support that should come from not only the manufacturer but the dealer. More
