All of the personnel was very helpful in providing answers to questions, but there was no high pressure sales pitch. We were coming from out of state to purchase the vehicle, and our salesperson was answers to questions, but there was no high pressure sales pitch. Update... I was contacted by the GM yesterday. I will recend this review if they follow through. But it also was a great first step. 2 days after I bought a car from "Superior Acura of Dayton" my tr recend this review if they follow through. I contacted them and asked if they could help me at all as this just happened with no sign when I test drove it. If they would had responded with a respectful the car was as is, but we can see if we can do anything, then I would had at least felt better about them. Instead the following is cut from the email i received. I responded that the parking sensor was mentioned, also reviewed and they never even had the respect to reachout to me, only left me with the following. Good afternoon John! Lady at payment desk is efficient & pleasant. Restrooms & waiting area are clean. Service department is efficient in processing by Christian & explaining what was done after service by Chad. Chad is alert to when Christian is busy he(Chad) helps out. Superior Acura of Dayton has been 1 of my best service & car buying experiences. Chad has been my contact person since I bought my SUV. When we were trying to buy a new SUV in May, he was so helpful in describing safety features & crash testing. Chad Walther is extremely knowledgeable about all things Motors & mechanicals. He is so intelligent & my mechanically minded husband trusted him. Chad is NOT high pressure in sales, which makes it an enjoyable relaxed experience. Unfortunately, the lack of timely availability of the high end MDX w all the safety features led us to BMW. The new MDX doesn’t fit my 6’6” tall husband who has long torso… it’s hard to find a spacious fit in vehicles & windshield angle & ceiling height cause tall, long torso clients to slouch(head hits ceiling) & causes back pain. We ended up buying the largest BMW SUV made as it was just coming off the assembly line & was the perfect fit. Chad checked back w me periodically as we were trying to decide & he wanted us to get the best vehicle for our needs. When I trade in my MDX, I will definitely buy it from Chad.
