Your service people found the problem with my Obstacle Radar System that was damaged when I hit a small deer and had the vehicle repaired at Infinity of Dayton . They missed seeing the damage to the radar unit and harness. I am working with my State Farm Insurance company to hopefully get this repaired under the repair warranty. Your dealership quoted a. repair cost of $4378 + tax, which is incomprehensible. I hope insurance pays for the completion of this repair. If not, I will disconnect the unit and forget about it. More

Sunday (9/26/2021) I took the vehicle for a drive, drove around 30ish miles. The vehicle's performance was poor, like driving a fast golf cart and the inside road noise was loud. I previously owned a Honda Civil that performed better and was more quiet inside. I contacted my sales person and explained my displeasure. He said I need to speak with the sales manager. I was advised the dealership's. Sunday hours were 11am-4pm. I called shortly before 3:45pm and they were closed. I had not possessed this vehicle for 24 hours. The deal was late on a Saturday. By returning the vehicles Sunday, one would assume all the paperwork was not submitted and they could "unwind" this sale. I was advised they are unable to take back the vehicle or "unwind" this transaction. I do have the option of selling the vehicle to a Honda or Acura dealership and would most likely get what I paid because of the good deal they gave me. Hmmm...good deal? Then why wouldn't they buy/ take it back?? Here is another kicker... I cannot sale that vehicle to another dealership due to the recent law stating leased vehicle have to be turned in the selling dealership. Guess I am stuck again! They were not rude and even gave me all weather floor mats. But seriously, please just take the car back. More
