We received a great price (that bettered a local dealer price by over a $1000). The sales and finance team was great to deal with. This was the first time we were done with a vehicle pickup in about 30 mins and that even included the brief test drive of the vehicle (which we insisted upon). We know we will look at this dealership group again when the time comes to replace our next vehicle. Can't beat the volume dealer's price, but the customer service won us over as well. More

Outstanding Experience I inquired about a vehicle listed on Auto Trader. I was also making inquiries on other vehicles from some other dealers at the same time. I quickly re I inquired about a vehicle listed on Auto Trader. I was also making inquiries on other vehicles from some other dealers at the same time. I quickly received a response from Stephen Ciarvardini. Stephen was the only person who respected what I was asking for and presented a no nonsense price on the vehicle that was not made falsely low by including incentives I did not qualify for. Since this was the week before Christmas, my time was quite limited. I arranged a quick visit to take a look at the car and it was ready upon my arrival. Stephen handed me off to Eric Huggins to continue the transaction. I was able to complete most of the transaction via email so my time sitting at the dealer was minimal. For the first time in all my years of purchasing vehicles, this is the first experience that I had where there was absolutely no game playing. I clearly presented what I was looking for and the dealer presented what I thought was a fair price and valued my time. There was no "gotcha" moment where the numbers on final presentation do not match the initial quote. I greatly appreciate that and will be back the next time I am in the market. Everyone encountered was courteous and professional. More
