I was able to get out of my current vehicle at full asking price and into the Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited that I wanted from the beginning. Dan was very patient with me as I ask a lot of questions, but he was there with the answers, even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear...no "Sales Talk". The dealership as a whole really caters to a family experience, my children were able to play in the their playroom while my wife and I concentrated on finding the vehicle we were looking for. World Class Service I visited the Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group on 1/07/17. It was a snow day & upon my arrival I was greeted at the door by Mr. Milt "mudflap" Kenner who wa I visited the Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group on 1/07/17. It was a snow day & upon my arrival I was greeted at the door by Mr. Milt "mudflap" Kenner who was my sales professional that day. Mr. Kenner was very knowledgeable of the car i was inquiring about but the best part was that he was very nice and not pushy. He treated me like i was one of his family members and not like a customer looking for a car. I'm a chef who have worked at the Ritz Carlton Hotel so i do know what great service should be like and i must say that everyone i have met that day is a true ambassador of great customer service. Bottle water was presented to me & my girlfriend without us even asking. They was anticipating my needs without me even asking by offering us coffee, hot tea and pizza. The icing on the cake was the 3 long stem roses the presented to my girlfriend. She told me i needed to take a page out there play book & give her more roses....Lol. The service was so good that i forgot i was suppose to visit another dealership to look at another car, so i stayed and purchased a Nissan Maxima. I watched Mr D'Ambrosio walked around the dealership & spoke to every customer as if they was guest at a big party. Good customer service is like water it flows down stream, so by seeing Mr D'Ambrosio demonstrate good service i was happy to see his Auto group team do the same.
