Very Disappointed with Vega and Di'ambrosio I rate this place a negative zero. I went into Di'ambrosio's thinking I was going to be treated respectfully and not taken advantage of because I am I rate this place a negative zero. I went into Di'ambrosio's thinking I was going to be treated respectfully and not taken advantage of because I am a woman. However I ended up with a vehicle that I don't want.. When Vega told me about the 2017 Jeep patriot , he never offered a test drive or went over the features. So when I got home I went through the driver's manual to find where the lift button to raise my seat was located because I am short and the seat is very low. To my surprise when I went back the next day to inquire about this feature, I was treated coldly and they were very arrogant in telling me that "Oh that feature would be an extra 10,000$. Also I was sold a FWD with a 2.0 engine which I clearly told VEGA that I needed 4x4. VEGA told me to give him a 10 on survey or he will lose his job.... Well I can't be dishonest and take advantage of unsuspecting people like VEGA and DI' Abromosio family. Needless to say I will take my business else where. More

Down-to-earth salesman...we leased two vehicles Eric, our salesperson, did not fit the stereotype of a car salesman. He wasn't pushy and he seemed genuine and sincere about being there to help us. Bought a used Dodge Ram 1500 from Nick In past I went to Elverson D'Ambrosio but when I was looking online for a newer vehicle you had the best inventory of the used vehicles I was interest In past I went to Elverson D'Ambrosio but when I was looking online for a newer vehicle you had the best inventory of the used vehicles I was interested in (Dodge Ram or Jeep). I spotted a truck online and while running errands decided to stop by and check it out real quick the other night. Nick greeted me at the door and immediately went and got the truck I was interested in and pulled it around so I could check it out. I did not dig that particular one so we drove down to check out the others in the lot and spotted another one that was exactly what I had in mind. I was not planning on buying a vehicle this week really, wasn't in a hurry, was not a necessity but Nick (and Paul and Sean in Finance) were so helpful and pleasant to deal with they made it an easy decision and I bought the truck. You guys make buying a vehicle an enjoyable experience! Will definitely recommend the dealership and Nick and will be coming back for service! More

Eric took the time to go over multiple financial scenarios with us in order to give us the best overall picture long term. There is never any pressure to buy, only professional advice geared towards your best interest. Eric has great attention to detail. You tell him what you want and he gets it for you. We've purchased 4 vehicles from him and all 4 times we bought the first car that Eric brought out for us. The dealership has a huge inventory which helps but Eric always says he'll find exactly what we want if he doesn't have it. If there are special details that you want done to your vehicle Eric takes care of it. I can get picky with the way I want my vehicle to look and drive. He can have badging blacked out, spray bed liners, add backup cameras, get specific colored running boards and black out wheels. All of these things we've had done and there hasn't been a cosmetic request that he couldn't meet. While we are loyal to our brands, we could go to any dealership to get our vehicles. We drive in from another county to get them from Eric. He's no nonsense, zero pressure and will give you the best advice for your situation. More
