Exceptional Service I took my Mitsubishi Montero in for a new alternator and brakes. I also requested that my tires be rotated, but they were honest enough to tell me a t I took my Mitsubishi Montero in for a new alternator and brakes. I also requested that my tires be rotated, but they were honest enough to tell me a tire rotation was not necessary (some places would have done it just to make more money). The service I received was most courteous and professional, and they were able to save me hundreds of dollars with their specials. The next day, I received a follow-up phone call to confirm that my vehicle was running well and that there were no issues following my service appointment. I highly recommend JD Auto Group! More
Never D'Ambrosia D'Ambrosia has the worst service department!!! We took our less than 1 year old jeep in for a general maintenance appt. After holding the jeep hosta D'Ambrosia has the worst service department!!! We took our less than 1 year old jeep in for a general maintenance appt. After holding the jeep hostage for 7 hours for an oil change, they delivered it to us with a chipped paint spot off edge of the front hood. Then denied doing it!! I fought with the service manager who at the time said I'll give you $60. towards a new paint job!! I spoke to my salesman who agreed with us and said he would take care of it free of charge. But then the next day he called back to tell me that unfortunately he couldn't help me and told me to contact Jeff D'Ambrosia. I called Jeff D'Ambrosia 5 times, left messages and spoke to his secretary!! Jeff D'Ambrosia never returned my call !! I also took my 2016 Jeep Wrangler to several auto body shops for there opinions and got same answer from all of them. It was service dept. that caused the damage to hood. I now take my jeep wrangler to VIDEON Jeep service dept. and will also be purchasing my 2nd jeep from them this fall for my other daughter!! Do Not Go To D'Ambrosia Jeep!!!!! More

Very Disappointed with Vega and Di'ambrosio I rate this place a negative zero. I went into Di'ambrosio's thinking I was going to be treated respectfully and not taken advantage of because I am I rate this place a negative zero. I went into Di'ambrosio's thinking I was going to be treated respectfully and not taken advantage of because I am a woman. However I ended up with a vehicle that I don't want.. When Vega told me about the 2017 Jeep patriot , he never offered a test drive or went over the features. So when I got home I went through the driver's manual to find where the lift button to raise my seat was located because I am short and the seat is very low. To my surprise when I went back the next day to inquire about this feature, I was treated coldly and they were very arrogant in telling me that "Oh that feature would be an extra 10,000$. Also I was sold a FWD with a 2.0 engine which I clearly told VEGA that I needed 4x4. VEGA told me to give him a 10 on survey or he will lose his job.... Well I can't be dishonest and take advantage of unsuspecting people like VEGA and DI' Abromosio family. Needless to say I will take my business else where. More
