Three Good People My primary review is for Jeff Ciardi, Service Adviser. We have two Chrysler mini vans and one Dodge mini van, all of the same vintage. All with very My primary review is for Jeff Ciardi, Service Adviser. We have two Chrysler mini vans and one Dodge mini van, all of the same vintage. All with very low mileage (26,000-34,000 miles). They are all in very good condition and have been well maintained. I have requested Jeff Ciardi to be my Service Adviser for each visit for each of these vehicles. Jeff has been accommodating, conscientious, and helpful and he does not try to miss lead you. In recent years, I have requested "Chops" to be my Service Technician because he has demonstrated a high degree of skill in diagnosing problems and repairing them correctly. In earlier years, when Richard Dehart was working as a Service Technician I requested him for the same reason.
