I bought my new car in Feb of 2010. A couple of days later, I started hearing a clanking noise from the engine compartment. John suggested "transmission adjusting". Tom brushed it off. The noise was caused by a pair of pliers left inside! they had been laughing it off! Keein promised 3 free oil changes, Tom told me only 1. period. Then John promised to send me one coupon 6 weeks ago. I'm yet to get it. I paid $250.00 for a remote start, yet their dealer "has never intalled one on such a vehicle", so I do not have it up to this point in time. They promised to send me a check for $270.00, but it was only for $250.00. My Bluetooth keeps giving me problems and even after going through what they advised and Mitsubishi gaving me a reference number to give to them them for reference, Tom laughed it off, saying that I was misled. I had to make Mitubishi USA call them to accept to diagonize. it's only been 6 months with them taking me for a fool, but I have more experince than they think. I loath to imagine what we shall be talking about in the 10-year warranty period! If anybody is listening, stay away from these people. Bunch of liers. I love my Lancer, just wish that I had had a better experience. More
I visited the Jeff D'Ambrosio Mitsubishi Dealership to purchase a new Mitsubishi SUV. After working with a pleasant sales person, the "sales manager" came over to close the deal. He was aggressive and l purchase a new Mitsubishi SUV. After working with a pleasant sales person, the "sales manager" came over to close the deal. He was aggressive and low-balled my trade-in. When I pointed out that the trade-in value was significantly higher ($4,000) from Blue-book, Black-book and even the Mitsubishi's own "trade-in calculator" on the Mitsubishi website, he told me I really didn't know what I was talking about, and his attitude was one of "take it or leave it." So I left it, went to another Mitsubishi Dealer, who, even without haggling, offered me a good price and a decent value for my trade-in, I promptly bought the car there. More

Every sales person in this industry should operate exactly like Mark. His professional demeanor from the first call, is what impressed me at first. Then the responsiveness to every question, and follow-up was exceptional. Once we arrived at the dealership we were treated like long time customers, even though it was out first time there. We went to look at a used car with our son, and we did puschase it. Mark and the used car Sales Manager (Jack) were outstanding, friendly, honest, very knowledgeable -- and not at all pushy. Great integrity, great experience!! If you are thinking of buying a new or used vehicle and this dealership has what you are looking for, I would honestly suggest you go to this dealer -- and ask for Mark. We have purchased many cars over the past 30 years, but this was honestly the best experience. More
Tiffany got me into the store, intro.to Doug who got me everything I wanted for under 350 which was my goal price, fought for my car in a dealer trade, got me color, sun and sound and man. Gave me a great deal on my trade. Doug explained the leasing option to me! I'll NEVER go back to Masano! I LOVE D'AMBROSIO!!!!! More

The minute I walked thru the door people started to greet me and asked me how I could be helped. The person that greeted me introduced me to the salesman, Bob Holmes. He was very friendly and very respectful me and asked me how I could be helped. The person that greeted me introduced me to the salesman, Bob Holmes. He was very friendly and very respectful to my mother, my grandson and myself. He worked hard to get me into a truck as that is what I was shopping for when I went into their showroom. He offered each of us a cold bottle of water and they started grilling hotdogs after we had arrived and we had hotdogs and chips while we were waiting. Mr. Holmes checked up with us thru phone call to make sure we were happy with out purchase and we received a thank you card from the dealership this past week. I WAS ONLY WINDOW SHOPPING BASICALLY. I DROVE OUT IN A NEW DODGE RAM. That was due to the way I was treated at the dealership. I had been shopping for a week or two. But I purchased at this dealership due to the atmosphere and friendliness and willingness to go to great lengths to give me what I was looking for. I rate this dealership AAA and I have already told my friends that are looking for new vehicles to check out Jeff D'Ambrosio Auto Group in Downingtown. More
I've been going to this dealer for more than six years. As long as I live close to this dealership, I will always purchase and have my vehicles serviced there. My Fiancé and I have had nothing but the worst experience when getting our cars serviced at this dealership. While I can't say that they were rude or unfriendly to us, they certainly are either very crooked when getting our cars serviced at this dealership. While I can't say that they were rude or unfriendly to us, they certainly are either very crooked, lazy, or extremely inexperienced when it comes to service. We both have 2009 Mitsubishi Lancers (We have a Ralliart and an ES) and have been only receiving service at this dealership and every time we have gone for routine service checkups or recalls, there has been nothing but problems. The most disturbing issue is that for routine checkups, I am very suspicious that they do not do what is required of them. For example, my Fiancé was going for emissions/inspection and they stated that the treads were showing on the inside of the tires (this means that they were extremely worn and very close to a blow out.) Now keep in mind that this car is not even at 15000 miles yet, and the tires are rated for ~25000 miles. Apparently the reasoning behind this premature wear was due to not rotating the tires at the recommended (Manufacturers) specifications. They admitted that they should have rotated the tires more often (but didn't). The car was previously in, not even more than 3 months ago for a routine checkup and they stated that the tires were in excellent shape. As for my car, I am currently having trouble with acceleration and gas mileage. They should have done a routine inspection on my car and changed my oil, but there seems to be something neglected with my car. I have made an appointment with another service center to deal with this issue. Long story short, if you HAVE to use this dealership, PLEASE make sure that you double check what they have done. They like to ignore the service manual that comes with the car, but there is a reason why they have that in place. If they say that you don't need something until the next service, DO NOT listen to them. While you think they know best, they really don't. Question everything, and don't let them let you think that you don't know what your talking about. Look at your service manual and make sure they do everything there. If it's possible, please find another dealership...I know it can be hard in the Delaware County area as it's the only Mitsubishi dealership around, take the extra time and go to either Doylestown, Cherry Hill, or Turnersville. You might think I'm exaggerating, but you run the risk of putting your life at danger with these people. If they didn't look at the tires, what about the brakes? More
