I've been going to Jeff D'Ambrosio in Fraser, PA for service of my 1999 Dodge for a few years now. I've had major credit problems, but Tony Pierce worked very hard to make sure that I got a good deal and drove away the same day in the car that I wanted. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the guys from the service department (who worked so hard on my old Dodge) made sure to say hi and congratulate me on the purchase. Your "cash for clunkers" pricing is deceptive to the point of being bait & switch. Donohue left me sitting for half an hour, wasting my time. As far as their service I would not recommend it at least for older cars because they are not familiar with specifics of their own cars. I went there because I had a check engine light that was on and was of for older cars because they are not familiar with specifics of their own cars. They told me they would be able to read it but came back with nothing and with no suggestions to the problem. They should have known before servicing my car that my car 95' and before didn't store check engine light codes. Also on their site in the comments section I told them about this and they never got back to me when it said I would get a reply shortly which shows they don't care about the quality of their service.
