Nothing about buying a car at Jeff D'Ambrosio lived up to expectations... of the stereotypical car transaction. I worked with Dave Baldwin as a main point of contact and at no time during our conversation d expectations... of the stereotypical car transaction. I worked with Dave Baldwin as a main point of contact and at no time during our conversation did I ever feel like I was being sold into anything. Dave asked questions about what features, considerations and thought went into choosing my car, and wanted to know why I was there. It wasn't until after we had finalized the pricing did he ask if the monthly payment was in my budget range. Typically, i've seen car salesman ask, "what do I need to do to get you in a car today?" or "what payment do you want to have?." Dave never pressured, always had my best interest at hand and was attentive to my questions and needs when I was both in the dealership and working through the phone and over email. Paul Fiedler, the General Manager also greeted me and checked in periodically to make sure my experience was living up to my expectations and was pleasant and helpful if I ever needed to escalate or change my path (which I did not). Lastly, after purchasing my new car, I met the service team and Denise who were extremely pleasant and welcoming. All in all, the experience at Jeff D'Ambrosio made me feel like I was part of the family, and not in a cheesy way. Jeff's staff was professional, courteous of my time, knowledgeable, and always provided insight where needed. I look forward to working with him and his team again down the line. P.S. I was looking for a new sedan because my older car was not worth fixing after hitting a deer. I have been looking online for a couple months and saw they had the Dodge Dart Rallye at this dealership. I scheduled a test drive and Tiffany emailed me a few times and was relitively helpful. I picked out which car exactly I wanted to drive online and told Tiffany. Throughtout emialing Tiffany I greatly expressed the fact that I was not going to buy anything that day, I am still shopping around for what I want. When my boyfriend and I got there we were set up with Matthew Sundermier. Note that I wanted to look at a DODGE car, and his card he gave us says he's a MITSUBISHI dealer. He was pushy, rude, and essentially made me feel 'unworthy' of even buying a new car. He asked about my trade in and I told him, it was a college car so it's 20 years old, etc. and I know I'm not going to get a lot for it, but something would be helpful. He told me it's worth a dollar. When we took the test drive he didn't pull up the car I had requested to drive- mostly because he didn't even know they had it sitting in the lower lot. He didn't say a word while I drove it. My boyfriend made conversation with him. He was extremely unknowledgable about the Dart's in general. After we returned he was extremely pushy about knowing where else I was looking to buy. When I told him the Ford Focus beat his price by quite a bit he walked 2 feet away to talk to his manager and his manager laughed and said yea good luck, you've done all you can do. I am extremely unhappy with my experience there and will NEVER recommend this dealer. It was a complete waste of my time and energy. The car wasn't horrible, but I wasn't in love with it. Essentially though even if I loved the car, I would find somewhere else to go because of the way I was treated by the sales consultant, Matthew Sundermier, and the manager there. More
I was very happy with my salesman Anthony Vega, he listened to me even after I told him that my credit was not the greatest. Anthony told me that it might take a while but he was pretty sure that it w listened to me even after I told him that my credit was not the greatest. I was expecting the worst, but Anthony told me that the loan for the new truck was APPROVED. Rich & Anthony both went the extra mile to get me approved. In completing this survey it was very easy to reflect the highest rating in every category. My husband and I intended to select a vehicle for lease; however, after consulting with Edgar Floyd and Alfie Yann highest rating in every category. From our initial dealer telephone contact to our appointment this evening each person demonstrated a professional, friendly and informative demeanor. Edgar's product knowledge could not have been more thorough. Alfie "worked the numbers" and offered a purchase option that we had not even considered. Jennifer prepared the paperwork and clearly explained the documents and the warranty program. We were impressed that a dealership of this size still obviously promotes "personal" service and understands that the art of selling is connecting with customers. When you visit this dealership don't be surprised to meet the owner who moves throughout the facility greating showroom visitors and encouraging his staff.
