They were professional, knowledgeable, flexible and accommodating. Most importantly, they weren't pushy. Tyler and his manager demonstrated multiple times that they would work with us on our budgetary needs, but never once came off "salesy or pushy." They were genuine in a desire to help us get what we want and if it wasn't a car on their lot that was okay. How can anyone ask for more? And yet, when we discovered that one of the luxuries the car promised to deliver was not working the team set in motion a prompt and efficient plan to resolve the issue. Please note, we had already purchased the car and left the lot. (We were later told that the issue was due to some inconsistencies in how that year and model were manufactured.) Certainly Tyler could have just told us it was an unfixable error, but because of the ethics and values he and his team employs, that was not an acceptable solution. They fixed the issue with no cost to us and were simply pleased to do so. We honestly couldn't be happier with our experience with Tyler Jackson and the Jeff D'Ambrosio dealership. My used '07 VW Jetta purchase was seamless....from the test-drive Saturday just before closing...to delivery this afternoon (3 days including headlight-lens polishing and rear-tire matching)!!! Eighteen short years ago, Jeff D'Ambrosio handed my wife and I $75 for dinner when my "green" salesman didn't have our paperwork ready upon our arrival - he lucked-out this time around - can you imagine what he'd have to fork over with inflation?
