Super Helpful! As I was leaving work at 7:00 pm, I called the dealership to ask a question. Matt Langebartels was super helpful! He asked me a few questions about what we were looking for and then immediately emailed me information and pictures of a vehicle that met our requirements. My husband and I met at the dealership at 8:00 pm. Matt had the Equinox ready and waiting for us to drive. He provided us with all of the information we needed to make a decision. The dealership was super busy that night, so the purchase process took some time. I think we finished up around 10. Matt spent another hour with us showing us all of the features of the vehicle and made sure that we were comfortable with it. He is knowledgeable, friendly, calm and patient ... a perfect guy to buy a car from! More
Why do the great ones have to turn into turds? In 2012, I bought a new car from Jeff Belzer’s. I had a wonderful experience. Great service thought that I paid a very fair price for the car. I wa In 2012, I bought a new car from Jeff Belzer’s. I had a wonderful experience. Great service thought that I paid a very fair price for the car. I was happy with everything! So, when it came time to purchase another car, my first thought was to go back. I wanted a new Dodge Challenger. Looking at the web site, I found one I was interested in. I submitted an online application for financing and shortly after, was contacted by a representative saying that it appeared that I was well qualified for financing and that someone would be in contact with me within the next hour or so. I waited and did not receive a call for the rest of the day. I had received that initial call about 10:00am. The next day, I again, did not get a call, so later in the day, around 3pm, I called. I was told that the salesman who was assigned to my transaction was with a customer, but they would be sure to have him contact me as soon as he was available. Still did not get a call. The next day, I spoke to a person through the dealership website “ chat with us”. I told them what was going on and they apologized. They said that someone would call me momentarily. Never got a call back. Being an idiot, I went to the dealership the next day. They had sold the car I was interested in and did not have any others (Challengers) at the dealership. I was told they had one parked in a lot in Shakopee. They said, well, we sell them pretty quick, so if you want one you have to be here. So, I bought a Challenger at another dealership. I traded the car I had bought in 2012. I had an extended warrantee on that car and was told that I would have to contact Jeff Belzer’s to get a refund for the remaining value of the warrantee. I called Jeff Belzer’s and they told me to leave a message with one of the finance people. I did. Again, no call back. I went to the dealership, where I asked to see a manager. I wanted to share my experience. The woman at the desk asked what the problem was? I told her. She called a finance person over who was very rude to me and said, well, we sell 600 cars a month, so we really don’t have time to deal with “online customers”. If you want a car, you have to come and buy one. I was never able to see a manager. I will not bother these people with my vehicle purchase needs in the future. It’s obviously too much trouble for them. More

I truly appreciate the honesty and kindness shown as I was yet again buying a new car. Jessica Gitch was so amazing to work with.
