Paid for diagnostic without finding anything Today my traction control and stabilitrak light turned on twice with the loss of power steering. I was in the area and brought it in. After waiting I received a call stating that they found a code, drove it for 20 miles waiting to act up, and could not find a source or fix the problem. This resulted in paying for the hourly service rate, and using my gas. I have called previously about this problem before,l to this specific dealership without having a call back from the service department. I have called another dealership and they have always called back answered in a timely matter and noted these technical problems. I am overall not impressed by the service department compared to other dealers. When arriving to pick up my vehicle an hour later after the initial phone all stating it would be ready in approximately 30 min. the paperwork was not ready and lost. I know things can get hectic but anyone in customer service knows that you should not state exact times if you cannot keep them. This is probably the only time I will ever interact with Jeff Belzer's. More

Chevy Equinox Matt responded to my email inquiry right away. The day I was supposed to come in and test drive he called to tell me the car had been sold, but he had Matt responded to my email inquiry right away. The day I was supposed to come in and test drive he called to tell me the car had been sold, but he had a new trade in that was exactly the same vehicle. I test drove it and felt it was the perfect car for me. The service department did a great job checking out and detailing the car. All around great service. More

Terrible service If you are looking for good customer service and and a staff that is willing to help you, go somewhere else! My vehicle buying experiernce was terribl If you are looking for good customer service and and a staff that is willing to help you, go somewhere else! My vehicle buying experiernce was terrible as I put my truck on hold for 24 hrs with my sales person to come back the next day, when she confirmed she would be there. Not only was she not there, but the staff had no clue how to help me out. It took over 3 hours to complete the transaction and they werent very knowledgable. After finalizing everything they acted like they were done with me just because they got my payment, when in all reality, they should treat me the same as when I walked in the door the first time. I have called in with questions for them because I got emails after i purchased my vehilce stating that the loan was denied and another one stating they had to counter offer me. I had to leave over 3 voicemails for them to call me back only to find out that everything was fine and those are standard things. For a first time buyer, you should probably inform them that this will happen instead of assumming they will know and not get upset that their loan was denied or countered from what you told them. I just had a recent experience where I left them a voicemail on a monday to call me back and never heard anything from them so i finally called again on a thursday and someone was finally able to help me (great service there). One last item... their parts and accessories department is very over priced! They told me that it would cost over $500 and 4 hours of manual labor to put a soft truck topper on my truck when I was able to do it myself witht he same materials in under an hour and for half the price. More
