Absolutely fantastic experience. I will start by admitting I arrived to the dealership slightly on the whim of my wife and was not completely sold on purchasing a brand new vehicle. I I will start by admitting I arrived to the dealership slightly on the whim of my wife and was not completely sold on purchasing a brand new vehicle. It's just not something I've ever had the ability to do so it seemed awkward. That mind set disappeared right away just stepping into Jeff Belzers. Between being greeted immediately upon entering, test driving a vehicle within 15 minutes, and the whole crew working hard to help us get in what WE wanted, it was amazing. It's important to mention it was very busy during our visit and we still felt like family. More

No point in having a sales person I knew what car I wanted and to be fair it did take some time for me to get out to dealership. However, the most work that they had to do was get the I knew what car I wanted and to be fair it did take some time for me to get out to dealership. However, the most work that they had to do was get the car from another dealership otherwise I didn't even test drive the car and I was told by Sean they were "bending over backwards" for me. When I literally did not even sit down with Sean face to face. We did email a bit to see when I would be coming in but that's part of the job and getting a sale. Hardly "bending over backwards". Matt, however, was upfront and honest when doing my paperwork and I really appreciated that. However, it was unnecessary to pull my credit so many times for so many banks which caused a higher payment in the end. I may not have been the easiest sale they've ever had but I certainly was far from the hardest and I felt like an inconvenience. I won't be recommending Jeff Belzer's to any family or friends unfortunately. I was so excited for this too, I have not had a car in three years, the least they could of done was offer to take a picture for me. More

My experience purchasing a Ram in July 2018 My experience purchasing a Dodge Ram was mixed to say the least. The Salesman Jeff Shadrick was very helpful and kind. He did everything he could do to facilitate the sale of the Ram I purchased The pricing proposal I received changed Three times, thru no fault of the salesman., First the price went up $1500, then up $3000, then down $ 3000 then after I had a signed legal contract the price went up another $1000. The accessories salesman was a graduate student in the sales prevention business. If it wouldn’t have been for the Ram salesman Jeff Shadrick the deal would have never happened, he found a way to get the running boards and box cover put on in a timely manner. Give a raise to Jeff Shadrick and get rid of the accessories salesman. Paul Heil More
