Im really surprised by all the 5 star ratings. Wish I could give 0 stars. We have been looking for a Tahoe Z71. We have spent weeks trying to find a dealer in our area that had one available. No such could give 0 stars. We have been looking for a Tahoe Z71. We have spent weeks trying to find a dealer in our area that had one available. No such luck so we decided to expand our search. Per Blezers website they had one in stock. My husband completed the contact info and we received a return email which led us to believe it was there and available. Funny thing; the email had attachments for a different Z71 than what he had entered info on. According to the pictures it had the bench second row seating-the option we were looking for. The email of course came after hours. The next morning we replied to the email saying we were coming down and drove to Lakeville (45 minute drive). We arrived at 9:30. During our drive we received a text from the salesman. He was not at the dealership yet and the vehicle that we received in our email was not due in yet from the factory. What? Apparently we received an auto response email. Upon further review of the email the pictures were not matching up with the options (second row seating etc). When we arrived there were 2 black Z71 that had just been unloaded from the freight truck and an employee was taking the paper and plastic off the seats. We looked at the inventory on the lot and discovered a Tahoe High Country. The salesman finally arrives. He takes us in to the showroom floor and we are able to sit in a Tahoe that was refused on delivery as the person who ordered it apparently decided against it. It had more options than what we were looking for in our Tahoe (we didn't want the High Country). We were not able to test drive it as they were not willing to open the doors to get it off the floor. Couldn't test drive the 2 Z71's that had just arrived as they needed to do their safety checks first and of course the other Tahoe out on the lot they could not find the keys. The salesman took us over to the Kai side of the business to help us build our Z71. We really wanted to test drive before ordering. We were to return on Saturday to do a test drive and would have to return on Monday to place the order. We were Okay with that. So come Saturday he tells us we need to come in the afternoon; not in the morning like originally planned. When we tried to pin down a time he finally comes back and says "it's a zoo here, it's not a good day to come'. He recommended we come sometime during the week - not willing to give us an appointment. So most likely the 2 Z71 that they had just gotten in on Friday would sell over the weekend and wouldn't be available for a test drive. They had a sale. Why not make an appointment for 20-30 minutes before the dealership opens if you all of a sudden feel like you might be busy. We were willing to wait the 8-12 weeks to receive the vehicle from the factory. All we needed to do was sit in the vehicle and a 5 minute test drive. All we got was a run around. More
