We were quite pleased with Blair, our sales associate, he communicated well and worked hard for us. Jamie in finance was also great to work with, he listened to our needs and processed us quickly. This would have been a 5 star rating, except the cleanup of the interior was not fully completed, and the vehicle was delivered with VERY little fuel, even after asking twice in email that it be fueled. All in all we were pleased enough with Belzer's Lakeville that we will return and recommend to others. More

Before I could even test drive a car, they said they needed to appraise my current car - the appraisal just consisted of them taking my car key off of my key ring so I couldn’t leave and giving me back needed to appraise my current car - the appraisal just consisted of them taking my car key off of my key ring so I couldn’t leave and giving me back my keys with my vehicle key missing so that I was trapped from leaving. After taking my keys, they then asked for my credit card to “run the $500 down payment” when they had not even gone over any details of the loan/price of the car or anything. They told me to cancel my approval with my current bank to “get me a better deal” However they then offered me an interest rate over double the amount by the same bank. They told me my credit was poor and I was turned down by 2 banks - when I asked for more details regarding the banks that turned me down and the interest rate they were offering, they only offered to lower my payment by removing gap insurance which I was never even offered. They still had my car keys and told me I had to take a loaner home. I was a single woman there alone. I felt very pressured, the dealership was also closed at this time and I was the only one there with 3 employees who were surrounding me. I finally insisted to leave with my own car that I drove there and someone had to get my car keys from another building where they had apparently put them hours ago. They still have not told me any details of the loan I was approved for with Jeff Belzer’s or revealed the 2 banks that refused my credit after asking several times. More
