He answered all my question and treated me with respect. The customer lounge was a treat. Never have i seen a more beautiful and clean showroom. Even the customers waiting for their cars to be serviced were happy. I purchased a 2018 CR-V and she was waiting in the showroom for me, clean and beautiful. Two associates helped me link-up my phone and showed me the features. The "clap-out" was amazing! I was made to feel like a super-star. I will never go to another Honda Dealership besides Jay Wolfe Honda. I will recommend Afshin Farr to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More

They gave me a good price but did not have the car in stock. I went all over the city test driving that day while staying in contact with Heather at Jay Wolfe. She eventually offered me a deal on a Civic EX-T sedan manual that was right in my budget. From there I worked with Jim to firm up the details and they traded for the car out of a Des Moines area dealership. I just picked it up yesterday and everything went great and the car is fantastic. While I was there Jim even fixed my old Pilot key so my wife would be happier about getting a hand me down! Finally Josh set me up with a bumper to bumper warranty for 6 years 120,000 miles as I do a lot of highway miles back and forth to work. It cost me another year on the life of the loan but I feel like it’s worth it considering the price on electronic repairs now-a-days. More

I have a disability, so my requirements for a used car left us with a somewhat limited selection, but Shaun Hanson was incredibly respectful and sensitive in helping us find the right car for us, and helpful with guiding us through all the new tech features once we found it! Truly a delight to work with. We also worked with Will White one evening, and his brand knowledge really helped us hone our final decision. We never felt pressured by anyone; Shaun, Will, and Josh Pop gave us all the room and time we needed to make our decision and then did everything he could to meet our budget needs. We will definitely seek out this dealership again when we are in the market for a new car! By the way, the free food is a great touch! More

When I recently dropped off my Accord for a needed service visit I noticed that Jay Wolfe now offers debt repair. They provided a quote that was far less than all of the other body shops I had visited. I decided to take a chance ... I was absolutely amazed with the finished work. Some dents were significant and even on bends in the metal. The tech did an outstanding job ... the dents are not visible in any way. And I LOVE my car again! I highly recommend this team not only for service, but dent repair as well. Nice work! More

I work in Infection Control at a Hospital and know all of the standards of preventing cross contamination when it comes to serving food. I can truly say that every time I have been there all the workers have great technique. They are very aware of where their hands are. They keep things clean. It is also nice to be greeted with a smile, which is what Mr. Hughes greeted me with. Everyone though busy seemed pleasant when they walked by , not stressed. More
