Lazy service workers I wasn't greeted promptly when I first arrived for my appointment. One guy finally came to me and then handed me to another guy. It took forever to get checked out at the end to pay my bill. Also, they were to wash my car - and that didn't happen. I had to ask for them to wash my car. They act like they don't want anybody's business. When my lease is up, I'll be trading with another local Honda dealer. More

Same day service! I had put off service to my car for a while and finally had an unexpected day off. Called Honda that morning and was able to get in that afternoon. Instead of just an oil change as I scheduled, I was able to have several other maintenance services completed. As I waited in the lounge, Kyle kept me updated on progress. The lounge was comfortable, plus it was large enough that I I was able to have a private area to work. I liked that I wasn't crowded in a small area in uncomfortable chairs. More
Oil change and issue with rotor - Damon I came in for oil change and tire rotation. Also, I had an issue with a screw driver that holds the rotor got stuck.
