This is my second time leasing from Jay Wolfe Honda and I absolutely love this place and the team there, but this last visit, John Moos and Jessica went the extra mile. I was on a short time frame and worked on my lease options from a different state as COVID-19 had me move for a period of time out of state, I called two weeks before I was headed back and worked with John Moos who was outstanding and so understanding of my situation and we got most of my lease worked out over the phone so I could come in and sign the papers and go to the finance office the day I got back. Again, unusual circumstances, but I really feel that John was so respectful of my situation and really went the extra mile to help me out. He worked to get me out on my schedule and was so awesome and helpful, I feel very fortunate to of leased from him and so appreciate all his help rallying in all teams to help me with my lease. I walked into Jessica Podlesnik's office and had a short time period where I needed to leave the office and instead of getting annoyed or angry with this, she worked with me to get everything signed and in order and got me out of her office TEN minutes before I had to leave, it was HUGE and she was a joy to work with. So kind and accommodating.. Thank you SO much Jessica.. I so appreciate you and John's help so much!!! Also, I absolutely love walking into Jay Wolfe to get my car service and am always greeted by a fist pump and hello from Byron Hughes asking me how it's going.. He and the team in the service department are great, but Byron really goes the extra mile always to check in and make sure I'm taken care of and updated on where my service appointment is at. I will take my lease to him from now on because of his friendly and positive attitude that always makes me feel so welcome walking in for service appointments. When I'm in the waiting room, if Tony Asaleh is around he greets me with a smile and hello as well.. it's a good feeling having team members recognize you while you're there and check in and that's why I have loved my experience with Jay Wolfe Honda over the past 4 years. I highly recommend this place and hope this team receives the recognition they deserve and hope this helps others recognize how great the team is here. They really do their best to make the process as easy as they can for you. Thanks again team: John, Byron and Jessica, you guys rock and I so appreciate all you do to help while I'm there!! More
I did not have a good experience when I went to buy a car and ended up making a purchase at a different dealership. In my dealings with them I felt they were very dishonest and not trustworthy; really only and ended up making a purchase at a different dealership. Working with this dealership and with Honda Financial Services has been difficult, to say the least, since I bought my car in August 2020. Nothing is wrong with the car; this frustration is with the deal Services has been difficult, to say the least, since I bought my car in August 2020. Nothing is wrong with the car; this frustration is with the dealership and the paperwork. Problem 1 - The first round of paperwork was done incorrectly, which the dealership found and notified me. They used the wrong VIN. Problem 2 - I received the "corrected" paperwork four days before my temp tags expired. I go to get my plates, and the DMV worker notices two different prices listed on the paperwork. The DMV charges me sales tax on the higher and incorrect of the two prices listed. After notifying the dealership that they did the paperwork wrong again, they lowered the purchase price of the vehicle for my troubles and to take off the difference in the sales tax - I was going to have to sign the paperwork for a third time anyway, so it was a convenient way for them to address the issue. Problem 3 - Due to the rounds of incorrect paperwork, Honda Financial Services created multiple accounts for loans for me instead of just the one single loan for my single car. Several phone calls later (most 45+ minutes on hold first), the wrong accounts have been deleted, but an error code keeps me from being able to pay my monthly bill online. Nobody at Honda Financial Services seems to be able to fix the error code - currently I am looking at having to call them every single month for the rest of my loan term just to pay the bill. I emailed the general manager of this dealership over 24 hours ago in a last bid to see if they had an "in" to bump my bill paying issue up the ladder so I don't have to continue calling Honda Financial Services monthly for the next five years. I have yet to hear anything from him. Jay Wolfe Honda, if you read this, PLEASE help make this right. One positive - Don Franklin did not sell me my car, but after being forwarded to him by mistake, has been very responsive and helpful in trying to clear up these issues. He is the only who seems to car about the problems this dealership has caused me. I left a voicemail for him around the same time I emailed the general manager, but unlike the general manager, he responded to my plea for help. More
