The wait time was not long at all. Actually shorter than i imagined. I enjoyed the new service louge which is very nice. Once my car was finished we walked outside and i mentioned to Sean that the panic button on my keys doesnt work and he took me over to get a new battery for my key and got me all set. More

The staff is so friendly in every department. My girls love having a snack at the little bar and then heading to the playroom! Lots of new toys this time! They didn't want to leave! This makes waiting for my car to be serviced a lot less painful with two children! ;). Great customer service! More
Unbelievable! Swept me off my feet! I went in just for a test drive and in seconds I had traded my 2011 Odyssey for a 2015!! Yesterday we decided it was finally time to trade in our 2004 Civic for a new 2015 Civic EX. Benny Cardello and Josh in finance were so helpful and walked us through the entire process. We even got applause as we drove off the lot. Great experience. Sad to say goodbye to our trusty old Civic, but really excited about our new one! More

Dissapointment -SERVICE CENTER I scheduled a oil change/ maintenance check for my Honda. When scheduling I asked ~how long would it take. When I got to my appt. I was told that woul I scheduled a oil change/ maintenance check for my Honda. When scheduling I asked ~how long would it take. When I got to my appt. I was told that would take ~1.5 hours for the oil change because of many unscheduled services that showed up and they had to see those cars because they have been waiting 3 hours. That truly did not make sense, someone that has an appt. cannot be honored the apt hour because "too many unscheduled services prior to my apt hour". So what is the point of scheduling a time to have your car seen? Even thou the staff apologized for it, it was lost trip for me. I was on my lunch hour, I was not able to have my oil change done. It was not a very good experience to have on my first time taking my car to the Jay Wolfe Honda for maintenance service. NO APPOINTMENT COMES FIRST More
