He stayed after hours to make sure everything went well and that we understood how to operate and set all the new features. Shaun in finance clearly explained all the financing and made sure we understood everything. Again, no pressure. Our family has purchased many cars from Jay Wolfe and now we know why. Don't have your car serviced here. They won't honor extended warranty offered by Honda. They blame the owner for everything wrong with the car. Honda Inc. told me to take the car to another dealer if extended warranty offered by Honda. They blame the owner for everything wrong with the car.
