Oil Change "With appointment?" Actual service was great. Started out rough when the representative on the phone scheduling the appointment sounded like she had no clue. Despite re Actual service was great. Started out rough when the representative on the phone scheduling the appointment sounded like she had no clue. Despite repeating my requested date and time she scheduled for the day following the day I requested. Upon her reading it back I discovered her error and luckily had her correct it although she informed me my requested time was not available on that date so I had to settle for my plan B date. Then when I arrived at the Service Center I almost felt like I was being treated like I had no appointment as it was not confirmed and Service Advisor stated they would not get anything done today in an hour, like I was a walk in for an oil change. The Service Advisor did save me money on the unnecessary inspection. In the end it took about 1 hour and 40 minutes for oil change and filter service which is what the Service Advisor had estimated. Time went fairly fast thanks to Jay's Pit Stop where I had lunch. Will definitely have my car serviced there again. More

Great Dealership: Never Short of Amazing Personnel I had a wonderful car purchase experience today at Jay Wolfe Honda. I worked with two sale agents. In my 1st visit Tony gave me a good offer for both I had a wonderful car purchase experience today at Jay Wolfe Honda. I worked with two sale agents. In my 1st visit Tony gave me a good offer for both trade-in and the new car, but I decided to wait. When I came back in my 2nd visit, Tony wasn't around, but I was lucky to run into Bryan near the entrance, who welcomed me and offered to help. Bryan wasn't pushy at all, rather, he does his best so that you get what you want, like color and other options, for the best price. Although there were several weeks between the two visits, Bryan honored Tony's offer for my old car. With the help of Amir, we closed the deal, and I left with a nice new car. Last year, my brother bought a car from Jay Wolfe Honda. I was there and we worked with the wonderful Tony, and Josh. It was another great experience, the reason why I wanted Jay Wolfe Honda to be my new dealer. To summarize: great dealership, great cars, great service, and nice friendly chats. More
