I was purchasing a vehicle that had not arrived at the dealership yet. Chuck kept in contact with me with frequent updates as to the status and timing of the arrival. I had been in a few times and spoke with Michael. I was not ready to purchase at that moment. He was always courteous and always looked to see how he could help me obtain what I was needing in orde I was not ready to purchase at that moment. When it came time to purchase he found me the exact car (specs) I was looking for to get my daughter. It was her birthday and Micheal and the manager made it did I can surprise her.
