If I had it to do over I would not purchase the 2024 Terrain! We had 2200 miles on it and something in the transmission went out. It was in the shop for two months had to beg for a loaner.. finally got Terrain! We had 2200 miles on it and something in the transmission went out. It was in the shop for two months had to beg for a loaner.. finally got one which was a big truck that I had to have a stool to get in ! I’m having hip surgery this month so that wasn’t idea.. We are not very confident in this vehicle at all .. Wish we do get do overs.. More

The service dept told me my vehicle would be out the same day for a air bag recall. It was not done the same day. Called & sent text messages a few hours before closing and finally received a call saying it day for a air bag recall. It was not done the same day. Called & sent text messages a few hours before closing and finally received a call saying it was not going to be ready. I had to leave it over night. They called the next morning to tell me it was ready. Went to pick it up & I had to wait over 30 minutes in the waiting room. They forgot about me. I went back to the service advisor and asked where my vehicle was. He said they must have forgot about it. Poor service. I will never go there again. I'll drive farther to another dealership next time More
