Oil change was done in a timely matter. A new module was ordered to try and fix the trailer brake issue. Jared made several calls to learn if there was a recall for this issue. First, I made the reservation 3 to 4 weeks out to get me rear shocks replaced and told them it should be under warranty. I showed up for my appointment and waited almost for hours only to to be told my shoc rear shocks replaced and told them it should be under warranty. I showed up for my appointment and waited almost for hours only to to be told my shocks are not covered under my full warranty. Now, the dealership could have researched the warranty 4 weeks earlier and told me rather than me drive 40 minutes to the dealership and wait nearly 4 hours. This is xxxx poor customer service. Moreover, I’ve only had the vehicle a year and the shocks are already bad! I bet they sold the vehicle to me with faulty shocks and didn’t say anything AND I paid for the top warranty package for them to claim later the shocks are not covered. This is unacceptable! More

Gavin is consistently helpful and does a great job as my advisor. I really appreciate his attentiveness and communication. I recently brought my truck in for the second time because it frequently makes advisor. I really appreciate his attentiveness and communication. I recently brought my truck in for the second time because it frequently makes a horrible squeaking noise whenever me or my husband drive it. Both times we have brought it in, it won’t make the noise which is so frustrating. We even took a video of the noise it makes and sent that to Gavin, but neither him or the tech could get the truck to make the noise. I know this is no reflection of Gavin, he really went above and beyond to try to replicate the issue and I greatly appreciate that. I’m just frustrated that we have to drive a squeaky truck around which is really embarrassing, especially since it’s less than a year old. More
