I spoke to Kelly and she said that the truck was sold. She ask a couple of questions and she said to come to the dealership and they would happy to work with me. Kelly was busy that day show she had me talk to Rachel. Rachel took her time and listen for what I wanted. There was no pressure in buying. She spent a lot of time with me and was always smiling. She explain everything on the truck and knew what she was talking about. The finance dept. was the best to deal with. They help me with the loan when other dealership just said no. We told Lisa we always said our next truck would have to be white and a big horn ,she smiled and said "I have 2 " she asked if we would like to look and then brought the keys out , neither my husband nor I have ever owned a brand new car . The updates and the luxury were overwhelming, and we both wanted it. Lisa and the credit team went right to work .We got to know Lisa better and found that we had so many things in common but the most being our love of dogs and our rescue groups .Talking to her and showing our pictures back and forth was like talking to an old friend. Even if we hadn't bought the truck we have a new friend , but we have both. I will send anyone looking for a vehicle to Lisa and we both carry her cards with us . She showed me how to work all my new features and made sure we were comfortable before we left . Our only disappointment was a new credit company we really liked Ally and may . refinance with them in the coming months. Loving our new truck !! More

From the moment my call was received I was given the I found a car that I was interested in online and called ahead to see if it was still available. From the moment my call was received I was given the impression that they cared about helping me and providing me with the car that I wanted. They took the time to confirm the car in question was still there and I really appreciated that. After all, they could have just as easily brushed me off because I was "just a phone call" and not gotten back to me or even worse, avoided answering the question over the phone just to get me to the showroom. Kelly was the thoughtful employee who took the time to extend great customer service to me from start to finish. I appreciated that they didn't take my business for granted, rather they appreciated me and my business. For that reason alone I was happy to buy my car from Bobb Auto Group.
