Hassle Free After extensive search for the right 2016 Jeep Trail Hawk to surprise my wife, and after visiting various car and Jeep dealers throughout NW Indiana a After extensive search for the right 2016 Jeep Trail Hawk to surprise my wife, and after visiting various car and Jeep dealers throughout NW Indiana and Indianapolis, I happened upon Bobb Auto Group in Cedar Lake, IN. From the onset when I drove up, I did not have numerous salesmen fighting for my business. I was able to view the vehicle selections hassle free. After entering the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted by salesman Lisa DeLafosse. Lisa was able to answer my questions about the Trail Hawk and after test driving the Trail Hawk, I knew my wife would love the car. But, I always dreaded the bartering that normally occurred in reaching a purchasing agreement in past dealings. To my pleasant surprise, the financial officer was pleasant to deal with and after tossing around a few numbers we were able to reach a quick agreement. One unpleasantry that I experienced, however, was my interactions with the contract officer. Once I expressed my desires to her that I would not be adding gap insurance or extended warranties, she became very short with me and acted like I was waisting her time. Besides that minor disservice, I was highly impressed by everyone else that I dealt with at Bobb Auto Group, and I would like to personally commend Lisa for her professionalism and pleasant personality.
