Great Team Walked in last week and met Luke for the first time. We had to trade in a car and get a new one and to say he did everything for us to get the car we Walked in last week and met Luke for the first time. 2nd poor service/work experience. There won’t be a 3rd... Vehicle serviced for driver seat heating failure warranty replacement Vehicle was returned to me with obvious seat damage. Driver seat control trim Vehicle serviced for driver seat heating failure warranty replacement Vehicle was returned to me with obvious seat damage. Driver seat control trim not attached. Bottom seat cushion loose and not attached. Further inspection showed that driver seat cushion attachments were broken during disassembly to fix seat heating unit. Vehicle had to be brought back at a later date to have seat cushion replaced. I did not hear back from the service department about the part replacement in a timely manner. I had to call only to find that they had gotten the part and failed to notify me. Several months previous the vehicle was serviced for warranty work including a radio update. The car was returned to me without a functioning audio system or climate controls. I was told that something had gone wrong during the update and I would need a new radio unit. After not hearing from the service department after several weeks I took the car elsewhere for warranty repair. I thought I would give the service department a second chance. Unfortunately, once again I was disappointed with the poor level of service and workmanship. I doubt that I will give the service department a third chance to waste my time or damage my vehicle. More
