Disappointing Found a car online at this dealership that is about 45 minutes from our home. Went out to see it and purchased a brand new 2018 Jeep Renegde. We were strong armed into purchasing additional warranties that we didn’t want. Got home to realize the right turn signal wasn’t shutting off after a turn. The salesman didn’t seem interested in helping and said to give it a few days to see if it quit. I called to schedule a service a few days later but again, would have to travel 45 min each way to service a brand new car. I asked if they could have someone come out to pick up the car (again...it was brand new!) and was told they would have to get special permission for that but I was welcome to take it to another dealer to have it looked at. It is like they sold it and now do not care. Very disappointing. (Juele was nice online but was off when we went in to purchase.) More

Down Town Clown Around I initially went to Bobb Auto Group to resolve an issue with an older Chrysler car that I had purchased at another dealership when I lived out of stat I initially went to Bobb Auto Group to resolve an issue with an older Chrysler car that I had purchased at another dealership when I lived out of state. In short, the car had to be junked, or else I risked complete break-down (my brake lines snapped when I pulled into the lot, YIKES!) Luckily, the service department helped me out, and I left with a “new” car, a used car that had come recommended to me by Paul. He conversed with me through the whole process, and got me set straight before I left. Honestly, looking back, I consider myself to be one of the luckiest people around, seeing as I managed to walk away from the dealership in a significantly better position than I was walking in. Since then, I’ve recommended BOBB to several coworkers, and am happy to call myself a customer of theirs. -Nate More
