Service department is terrible. Had my car for 13 days with little communication on status they Shouldn’t make appointments if they are so backed up. Scheduled a service appointment with a loaner for service 2.5 weeks in advance of the date (first available for a loaner). Arrive at service and the greeter says, oh, you have a loaner, you will need your in 2.5 weeks in advance of the date (first available for a loaner). Arrive at service and the greeter says, oh, you have a loaner, you will need your insurance card. Go inside and advisor says appointment was made without a loaner. I have a confirmation email showing a loaner and the advisor says they don’t have any. Next available appointment is 2.5 weeks out from today with a loaner. Nothing like calling the customer a liar. Hopefully their work is better than their customer service. More
