Scheduled a service appointment with a loaner for service 2.5 weeks in advance of the date (first available for a loaner). Arrive at service and the greeter says, oh, you have a loaner, you will need your in 2.5 weeks in advance of the date (first available for a loaner). Arrive at service and the greeter says, oh, you have a loaner, you will need your insurance card. Go inside and advisor says appointment was made without a loaner. I have a confirmation email showing a loaner and the advisor says they don’t have any. Next available appointment is 2.5 weeks out from today with a loaner. Nothing like calling the customer a liar. Hopefully their work is better than their customer service. More

I had an emergency auto issue. I pulled in with no appointment and they were clearly busy. Nonetheless I was greeted warmly and had my car looked at immediately. #don’t buy cars from paulmiller Land Rover they sell DEFECTIVE cars .This is in regards to an issue with my infotainment system for my 2021 velar(less than 11k miles). My screen is going blank by itself DEFECTIVE cars .This is in regards to an issue with my infotainment system for my 2021 velar(less than 11k miles). My screen is going blank by itself while driving and even when I’m still. I visited the service station for 4 times on the same issue. Every time, they kept it fr about a week fr 4 times and my problem is not resolved. I’m really really disappointed with Land Rover Range Rover. It’s a defective product released into market without proper testing and nobody really knows or cares to fix it. Range Rover,Not sure how I can get it fixed. Extremely disappointed!! Range Rover was my dream car but never thought it would be so disastrous.they are RUDE# help them to fix it More
