I came in looking for a great car that was listed online but it was sold minutes before I arrived. They had another one that was a bit more expensive however they were fair negotiators and in the end I cou but it was sold minutes before I arrived. We bought a new Toyota. The sales process itself with Louis Monteforte was great but when it came to filling out all the necessary paperwork the business manager tried to sell us a car protection package Louis Monteforte was great but when it came to filling out all the necessary paperwork the business manager tried to sell us a car protection package (paint protection, leather protection) aggressively. He would not take No for an answer. After we declined for the 5th time we pretty much had to tell him to "Please just accept our No as an answer for this product" to be able to move forward with the paperwork. The service department was also a disappointment. The service manager shows attitude towards his customers as well as his employees in front of customers. If asked a question he acts like he does not want to be bothered and the answer we have heard too much by now: "Go look it up in your owners manual". We will definitely have our Toyota serviced elsewhere. More

I had no problems with the initial purchase of the car. My dad worked closely with Louis and Jon to come to a very fair deal on my new vehicle. A deposit was made and my father was told that he could retu My dad worked closely with Louis and Jon to come to a very fair deal on my new vehicle. A deposit was made and my father was told that he could return anytime with me to finish up the financing paperwork. My father told the them that he would be back the next day, but no one made an appointment with him or made it clear that he would need an appointment. The next day we arrived at the dealership around 5:30PM to finish up the paperwork. Louis was not there, but Dennis said we would be taken care of. He did not specify a time or how long we would have to wait. After 20 minutes of waiting, my dad asked Dennis again how long it was going to take. Instead of explaining that there were people waiting to finish up the paperwork and that it would take X amount of minutes, he told us since we didn't have an appointment we were just going to have to wait. Dennis was rude and unapologetic. I had to step in to ask him not to talk to us that way. He said that we couldn't expect to finish the paperwork that day since there were other people waiting and there was only an hour or so left until the dealership closed. This made my father extremely unhappy since we had already waited over 20 minutes without an exact timeframe of how long it was going to take. Instead of trying to diffuse the situation, Dennis continued to yell at me about how my father needed to calm down and how we should have known to make an appointment to finish up paperwork. I told Dennis to walk away from us, since his presence was upsetting my father. Dennis was so rude that my father was ready to walk out of the dealership. Instead, he picked up the phone so that he could be directly connected with the owner of the dealership. After a brief conversation, Jon came over to take care of us. We finished the paperwork and were out the door in a timely manner, but no one apologized for the wait and Dennis did not apologize for how he acted. I cannot express how disappointed I am in this transaction. We were not treated with respect. We were not treated like valued customers. After everything was said and done, I did receive a call from the customer service manager (Sarkis) and he apologized for the way we were treated. It's true that one bad employee does not mean the whole organization is bad; however I hope that this experience will shape the way Jaffarian Toyota does their customer service training. More
