Jaffarian Volvo is a very good, no BS dealership that believes in building customer relationships the right way. I visited Jaffarian after having a less than wonderful experience at another dealership and searching online to see what other options I had. After an "above and beyond" sales experience, I'm now looking forward to great service on my new C70. My salesperson Carl was very helpful and fairly knowledgable considering that he's still a new guy at Jaffarian. The sales manager Sarkis introduced himself and made sure I knew he was available in case anything came up, but he generally stayed out of the way and let Carl do his thing. I was offered refreshments whenever there was a wait (for paperwork, negotiation, etc). Negotiation: The negotiation was extremely straightforward, positive, and non-confrontational. They make an offer, you make an offer, they make a counter-offer, etc. I did not experience any of the typical annoying sales tactics. Make sure you go in knowing what you want to pay for your new vehicle. I found the True Market Value feature on edmunds.com to be helpful in determining the price I was willing to pay. I did not do as well negotiating my trade-in value as I did the new car price, but your results may vary. Delivery: Carl had my car washed and waxed and ready to go. He gave me a tour of the vehicle and made sure I had all my questions answered. Mike (business manager) went through all the paperwork with me and did not try to upsell me aggressively. He laid out some options (paint protection, leather protection), gave a recommendation, and let me decide. The paperwork was all ready for me and extremely straightforward. Registration and Inspection: Carl followed up with me proactively to make sure I got everything squared away with my insurance company so Jaffarian could get my registration taken care of. I was late coming in at the end of the day on a Friday, so Carl called to ask if I was still coming and made sure someone in service stayed until I got there to handle the inspection. When I arrived, Carl came outside and took the car to get the inspection without me having to wait. It was painless and frankly above and beyond service. Since I showed up late they could have easily had me come back the next day, but they stayed around to make sure I didn't have to make another trip. Nice job guys! More
This dealership goes above and beyond to accomodate the customer's wishes. I went in to check the inventory of pre-owned Volvo C70s and came home with exactly the car I had wanted. Very professional, very easy to work with. There was no flexibility on price but the car was well priced to start with so that's not a bad thing. The entire purchase experience was pleasant and not at all confrontational. Unlike many dealers the atmosphere is laid back and very pleasant. I already knew that I was going to buy a Toyota when I first entered the show room but I was not sure which dealership I would use to purchase the vehicle. After speaking with the sales staff for a short period of time I had selected the model and made my purchase decision. Financing was a breeze and final purchase was simple. When I went to pick up the car the service department prepared the vehicle and filled the gas tank. Not all new cars come with a full tank of gas. That was wonderful. More

I had been convinced I would have an extremely hard time getting a new car. The used car I bought from them had lasted the length of my loan and much more. It is to date the ONLY vehicle I have had that lasted so long. I had such a good experience with them once I couldn't think of going to anyone else. I contacted Jaffarian as soon as I was ready. I received an e-mail and telephone response from them in less than an hour of my e-mail inquiry. The salesman who called me was considerate about the fact I had been at work and was quick and asked a few questions and scheduled an appointment for me to go in. My sales person Jim Carven was great. He was laid back, nice, and not at all judgemental regarding my credit. He made feel comfortable and relaxed about making my purchase. I went in to sign my paperwork and he helped me empty out my old car and get me right into the new one. I purchased a 2011 Toyota Yaris. I LOVE IT!!! I have recommended Jaffarian Toyota for years and I will continue to do so. I will not use any other dealership in New England. So with that being said. I would like to thank the sales and finance team at Jaffarian Toyota! It is more than a pleasure doing business with you!!! More
Carl Ries was the best salesman I have delt with in a long time! He was very polite, very personable, and answered all my questions about the Camry Hybrid. I was offered coffee or a drink and he asked the Sales Manager, Sarkis Shamshoyan, about options I wanted (heated cloth seats, voice activated GPS Navigation System, and back-up sensors). Carl kept me informed about when the car would be ready and what work was being done on it. When I picked up the car, he explained how everything in the car worked, I received a tour of the service area (which I will use) and explained how to use the service manuals. A most enjoyable experience! Sarkis was also very personable and knew who to call for the voice activated GPS Navagation System (which I really wanted) and answered all my questions about the car with ease! (back-up sensors, Navagation System, and the retrieval system). With all the wheeling and dealing going on with Sarkis, I felt that he was honest, personable, and truly a pleasure to do business with. I found myself actually enjoying all of it! He is really a great manager! Dealing with the Business Manager, Michael Widlake was also a pleasurable experience! He was very knowledgeable about the financial end (using charts and graphs to explain to me in a manner I understood. He did his best to find a bank for financing. He also explained the terms and warranty options with ease and made me feel right at home. I found the whole experience pleasurable! I will certainly reccomend Jaffarian to my friends and neighbors as a great place to do business with, truly 5 star service, and I look forward to having my car serviced there. More

1. Car was delivered with a floor mat safety issue, I have contacted the NHTSA regarding this matter. This issue is resolved, I'm told new procedures are in place. 2. We visit this dealer with the serious intention of buying a small car and we end up been treated really bad. Firs they insist in getting my social security number in order to give us a price, the sales manager end up treating us very bad because we told him that we wanted first the numbers and then if we where interested on it we will give him the number. He started talking to us really sarcastic and giving me random numbers and when I asked why he was saying that, his answer was because that what you get when you don't give your social, then he stand up and left us siting there. Unbelievable. This is not the first time is happen to us, that's why probably a few of the people we know go to the dealer in NH instead of using this one in Haverhill. Rude very Rude, I dondt understand how they have a good rating or are certified. More
Recently I went to Jaffarian to get a panel installed for my Rav4. I came out with a new dent on the passenger door, so I felt "screwed". Jaffarian denied that the dent occurred at their shop, so I rated the my Rav4. I came out with a new dent on the passenger door, so I felt "screwed". Jaffarian denied that the dent occurred at their shop, so I rated them on this website. A few days later, Dennis (customer service) contacted me. After my initial experience, I was very surprised that Jaffarian would even try to contact me to alleviate this dent issue. However, Dennis (customer service) came to the rescue and went out of his way to make sure I didn't feel "screwed". He contacted me twice through this website, and he setup an appointment to get the dent fixed. The dent is now fixed. Thank you Dennis! Keep up the good work! More
